A reasonably priced large drive
1 of 1 found this helpful A reasonably priced large drive I have three of these in an Icydock caddy they seem to perform well using windows 7 64 bit
if you are thinking of using it with Win XP then you will need to partition it as xp only see's just over 2Tb (seagate disc wizard will do this)
Also if you are planning to use it as a C drive you will need vista or win7 64 bit (the 32 bit versions are not compatible)
I have been using them for a few months now with no problems,they are not the fastest of drives but suit my needs for data/Photo storage a case of get what you pay for.I would happily recommend them for storage backup drives

As good as the best
I have the more expensive Mirka branded blocks and I cannot tell the difference when using them they are both good

Fell apart
it fell to pieces on the first day and I could not find the missing bits to try and repair it
