    The item is new and exactly as described. However, my main reason for leaving feedback (I don't usually for lower cost items) is that the initial delivery went wrong: Royal Mail said the item had insufficient postage paid. I think the problem was that Royal Mail misread the label as the box was being reused: original label had not been erased. But when I messaged late at night, I received a reply back at 0530 offering to pay - which it was as soon as I confirmed the situation. Good and prompt
