  Ok so normally I'd leave fairly generic feedback "Great seller" etc. .. but I must take time to flag this one: This is probably the BEST seller I've experienced in the last 24 months! Firstly, the seller was really sound in terms of negotiating a mutual price, A++ on comms. The item was exactly as described A++ item desc... it arrived in like 3 days!!   I ordered this and two other related items on the evening of the 18th October 2025 (a Saturday). They were dispatched on Monday, 20th October and sent by Royal Mail, arriving on the Tuesday morning, 21st October. The items were very well packed and as described. Excellent products, excellent and efficient service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this vendor and buy from them again.

  The item was well packaged, in a container inside a box with small parts bagged, bubblewrap and packing peanuts. It only took five days to arrive, I was expecting longer with Royal Mail and NZ Post, and was pleasantly surprised. The item was as described and came with everything pictured.   Excellent seller, I ordered 3 items one to be ordered to a friend and another to me however I put the wrong house number in. The seller was amazing and helped me rectify my own error.   Exactly as listed, this awesome piece arrived in great condition & came finished in a professionally painted colour scheme; including a creative execution of several classic elements from its target space marine chapter, done superbly. A high level of detail throughout. Was also shipped with intuitive & protective packaging, per usual, ensuring no damage occured to this commemorative piece. Very much appreciated.   As a buyer from the USA (NY), The shipping did take a bit longer than expected (Not fault of the seller but if in US keep in mind) But everything arrived as expected. Packaging is phenomenal, came with a plastic container where all miniatures were neatly packaged in bubble wrap and foam. Everything came as shown in the listings, and for a bulk price it’s very fair.
