Activent V2 Air Vents (Pair) For Sheds, Summer Houses & Timber Garden Buildings

Good product, sharp edges, more care needed with packing for transit

These are on the shed already and they do look the business. Couple of things which have led to me dropping a star from the rating: 1. Insufficient packing around these items for transit - one had some minor cosmetic damage as a result, but not enough to get excited and return it (they are shed vents at the end of the day), and 2. you do have to be aware that these are pressed metal assemblies and they do have some quite sharp areas on them - wear safety gloves to handle and fit! Note the metal mesh in these is around 2.5mm holes, I have retrofitted 1mm nylon mesh into the aperture to improve the creepy crawls safeguard.

Quality product

Arrived promptly, good quality product unlike some cheaper versions. Can't fault it at all. Be aware - this is a disproportionately awkward job on the Mk4 Mondeo, which if course is no reflection on this product. Study a decent YT video before you attempt to replace a pollen filter!!

A reasonable price all things considered

Arrived very promptly. Took me a few minutes to work out the cut out / reset process but once I had that sorted it was up and running. Very easy to rewind, you do have to be careful though as the large cut out plug will 'bounce' around as you near the end of rewind! Nice and long, quite sturdy, a reasonable price all things considered.
