Great item, use it every other day but I always add BREAD IMPROVER !
1 of 1 found this helpful A great item, easy to use and clean. Fresh yeast is best, and you have got to use bread improver if you want guaranteed success. Both of these items readily available on Ebay as combined multi packs. You can't beat the smell of fresh bread whether it's savoury or fruit bread.

Fresh is Best for Me.
1 of 1 found this helpful I make bread regularly at home and much prefer using fresh yeast. The supplier is reliable and the quality of the product is excellent. I portion the yeast then freeze it with no detrimental effect on the finished product, couldn't ask for better.
