Excellent
Bought it for my girlfriend, she had a BB and it had a lot of issues. I used the phone for a week and enjoyed it a lot, it's very beautiful to look at and very functional with the keyboard and the touch screen. The software is android, you don't have to buy any apps. It's not my first HTC and i recommend the brand to anyone. The only issue (common to smartphones) is the battery life.
