Signal cuts out
Randomly loses signal even though it's less than 5 feet from the transmitter. Solution? Connect the cable. Not so wireless anymore, is it? What a ripoff!

Don't. Just don't.
Using it on a 48" tv. The spacing between the mounting holes is weird as it allows very little to no adjustment when bolting onto wall studs 16" apart - you must get this right the first time or else it will not work.
The two screws at the bottom of the two brackets that you install on the back of the TV are at an odd angle making it very hard to secure to the mount. You'll need a long screwdriver to get into the limited space between the back of the TV and the wall - very difficult to do so. Some mounts have a spring loaded and easy to secure bracket - this ain't that.
Access to be able to adjust the tilt is essentially not feasible as it'll require you reaching behind the TV and mount so you can use both hands to tighten a the screws and nuts which adjusts the tension. Once the TV is mounted, it's practically impossible to do this unless you have to exceptionally long arms and tiny hands.
Spend the extra $20-$30 and get an extendable and tiltable mount with quick release brackets.

Stay away from this!
Horrible battery life - two days on stand by is the max unlike the advertised 15?+. Received calls cannot be answered! What is that about? Swiping/pressing the receive call icon does NOT answer the call. Pathetic! The only saving grace is that of the small form factor but what's the point of that when the functionally and performance of the phone is useless.
