Present for my daughter so don't have anything to say about the product. Postage is expensive but didn't mark down as I'm guessing that is just postag

Arrived in a good time & I was really impressed with the magic colour change.
However, no instructions on how to refill the pencil lead & having had it less than two weeks it is broken and won't change pen/pencil. One of the pens falls down and pushes straight into the pen when try to write. REALLY disappointing.
