Awful communication and would not buy off these again! Not even tried to resolve the problem for me, should be on hand to reply when selling things as customer satisfaction should be priority! Such a shame as a very reasonable price!

There’s nothing wrong with it - I’m sure it’s very nice - but it’s not what I ordered. Mistakes happen, so I wrote to the seller and received no reply. I wrote again and received no reply. Now it seems I just have to live with a smaller coffee pot than I ordered. It’s a First World Problem, frankly, but I thought I’d better flag it up to other potential customers of the seller.
