Odd Update
2 of 2 found this helpful We used the previous model to this Culinair can open for some while before it eventually stopped working.
Because of the good service experienced we naturally decided to replace the the opener with the same brand. Unfortunately , the new model is far inferior to the original and a great disappointment. The old style had a small locating tab which formed an interlock and also switched off automatically when the cut was finished.
This now requires a start and stop button press which often sends the badly locating machine in reverse!!
Checking product reviews it was very obvious that the most critical comments were from people that had used the original model.

Deservedly famous book.
I have been delaying reading this famous tale for many years.
I am so pleased that I finally made the effort. Basically a serious book about equality and racial discrimination in South U S A during the 1930s. It is told from the eyes of children with great humour and ends with a good slice of hope.
