  Arrived late because of Parcel Farce saying they tried to deliver, when actually they didn't. Redirected. No fault of supplier. Chinos arrived as described but seriously creased. Probably because of the plastic packaging but nothing a steam iron couldn't remedy. Chinos look good, great condition. Less than £15 for a pair of Ralph Lauren, I like it! Would certainly recommend seller.

  Fair postage cost and safe packaging. Item was almost as described, there was a colour variation (on my screen parts of the jacket appeared red but when the jacket arrived they were actually pink). Seller accepted refund, including the postage fee. The seller was extremely quick in replying to my messages. So even though the item didn't arrive as expected, the return and refund process was completely hassle free. I purchased another item which was as described. Many thanks!
