  No I did not have the opportunity to send the item back I ad didn’t have any further communication but a snotty message to state that there’s nothing wrong with the product when there is why would I try and say to them negotiate a discount when my child can’t actually play with the item as it is so poor quality mad had brought him one from Argos instead so this comment isn’t factual but not even about money others should be aware!
