    Positive response from seller re late/missing package, very supportive and helpful. Item as described. Awful courier experience. First it was late. Then it was lost and the issue couldn't be resolved. Then it suddenly was out for delivery having had no tracking for nearly a week. Don't know how YODEL keeps in business with this sort of fiasco, it's not the first time either I have had the misfortune to have goods "delivered" by them.
