Does a job, but not a quick on/off solution
This clamp wasnt quite as convenient as I thought to quickly deploy a goPro.
First, the fit to the gopro hook itself is very tight and takes some effort to line up the holes on the mount with those on to gopro.
The pin that slots through the hole is tight and certainly not quick release. You need an allen key just for that on its own - you can't use the thumb screws you're used to.
Finally, the girth of the clip is too small to clip to the forks, and too large to clip around your handlebars, so expect to use rubber strips to fill in the gap around your bars - not supplied. Not a great solution but its the right price.
