Very poor quality!
I am not at all impressed with this adapter. The quality is very poor. You can do much better for the same price. The connector binds when trying to install it. It appears to be of very low quality.

Didn't work right out of the box!
Didn't work right out of the box! Plugged it into the assessory outlet and attached it to the radio. Tried to transmit and immediately got the beep from the radio that the battery was low.
