Joints
The butt joint is very sloppy for a new rod. I have had to add a smear of glue at the base of the spigot to avoid movement. No doubt this will have to done on a regular basis to avoid movement when the rod is in use. Will most likely have the rod professionally built up in that area at my own cost. Apart from that the rod would have been value for money.
