Perfect training tool
1 of 2 found this helpful I selected this specific product for training purposes in order to train under loaded conditions. Replacing standard ballistic plates with the custom cut and precision weighed steel plates made specifically for this plate carrier available through Rogue Fitness make this the perfect training tool. This vest was actually selected by the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games for one of the most challenging events. Many plate carriers pack sufficient padding on the shoulder straps that make training with significant loads uncomfortable; not the case here...plenty of padding on the shoulder straps. While I don't use this plate carrier in any real world tactical capacity, I am convinced that it's durable construction and needle work will hold up to the most grueling conditions. I am well pleased in the cost and value overall.
