    The first issue was that this item, although the tracking said it had been delivered, had actually been delivered to a different address. I contacted the seller and they arranged to send a replacement. Fair enough. The product which arrived didn't match the photograph, further it was clear that the product was not as advertised a Monchhichi/Bebicchichi. I asked the seller for a refund. I was asked to send photos of the item and the postage label. The awaited return label has not come.

    Absolutely disgusting seller. Advertising branded crocs and uploading images of genuine crocs only send really awful cheap knock offs. Contacted multiple times to request refund. Ignored several times but has acknowledged twice and said they’d send a courier to collect and issue refund. Another week has passed and nothing. I’ve been reasonable and patient but the are just frauds with no shame. Gross
