Proved to be reliable in the past and no reason to think any different now provided Microsoft continue to update it

Excellent camera!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Very versatile and great results on auto or with with the manual setting wheel. Bought the underwater case for snorkelling also - great, but remember to adjust the white balance as you lose colours as you go deeper! Part-exchanged my black S50 last year for a 350D SLR, then decided to buy the S45 to keep in the car but still preferred the S50 and found another on eBay!!
