Looks the part
Most of these landscape mats have a tendency to shed some of the material but it does not affect the finished scene. It would be difficult for the manufacturer to prevent this.

Time and patience required
Although a good quality product and reasonably easy to assemble I found that the instructions were a little confusing and that the diagrams did not always tally with the picture of the finished item. The showroom doors being shown on the diagram differ from the picture. The guttering was poor and fiddly to make. I realise this kit has being going for a while but surely plastic could be used for items such as the guttering.
