  Seller has been awful package arrived very damaged items inside the package was missing, contacted seller and seller has been arguing about it for weeks now eBay has stepped in and seller is messaging me saying that he’s going to give me a hard time at getting a refund and that he’s blames me for the package arriving in such a state

  What a load of rubbish!You first contacted me on 30thOctober,it's now the 7thNovember,hardly weeks now is it?Arguing??that's news to me.According to you it's me who's ripped open the parcel, took stuff outand then sent it to you in that state.of course I always send parcels out with huge gaping holes andtheir always accepted in that state.i don't know what planet your living on but it certainly isn't earth.
