    GI Joe - good movies
    the 1st one is the best (Rise of Cobra). The 2nd & 3d are entertaining but a little less creative.

    Urinozinc works for me. It helps me control my bladder. When I do not use it, I have more difficulty holding my urine. I have been using it for around 10 years.
