Essential for cooking really spicy food.
I love this product as it allows me to make dishes as spicy as I like without the flavour of the chilli overpowering it. Using a less potent chilli powder to achieve the same heat level always affects the flavour balance of the dish.

Works as expected
Bought this as I needed a very fine tip to solder onto a quadcopter flight stack with very small pads. Worked a treat and made the job much easier.

Great for upping the heat of a dish without influencing the taste.
I use this in moderation to get the heat level I require without overpowering the flavour of the dish. If I were to use a milder product, I would have to add significantly more of it to reach the desired heat and then the flavour of the milder powder would start to influence the overall taste of the meal.
