  Description unfortunately didn’t describe the bike's condition, nor was it the 2020 model (the description also said it had been in a garage for 25 years which I should have spotted). Only 9 gears worked even though they were described as perfect. I spent an hour or so travelling there and back and waiting for the seller to try and fix the problem to no avail. When he offered me a full refund, I didn’t hesitate to accept. An honourable man.

  The condition of the bike was as described and accepted by the buyer at the time of viewing. Unfortunately there was a typo in the bike's description that referred to the bike as a 2020 model instead of a 2000 model, even though the description stated the bike had been stored in a heated garage for 25 years. This typo was not raised by the buyer at the time of viewing. Unfortunately the 7-speed selector failed when she was riding the bike home but has since been replaced.
