Item not as pictured

The Item in the picture is a proper DreamStation hose with the electrical connector for heating the hose. This is useful in keeping the water vapor from condensing in the hose. The item I got was a generic CPAP hose with no heat, no electrical plug on one end. It is the same thing everyone else is selling for a buck less, and is cheap and stiff compared to genuine Phillips. I don't expect it to be as good as OE for $10, but I do expect it to be a heated hose as advertised in the picture.
