Cheap & cheeful
Cheap, did not discolour with use, swung when new. Used for a 20/20 match. However, seam became stitched & ball had to be replaced after 12 overs of 2nd innings, so not suitable for a 50 over match.

Along with his earthy rock'n'roll, his comment on all the bad things about the country he loves, are intertwined with anecdotes, which rather than in front of thousands of people, could be told one to one across a bar, which is why 20 years on, he is still the master of his art.
