Resurrected my Start 25
My Start 25 had taken to powering down at random intervals and without warning whether it was on external power or not and would sometimes not wake up without holding the power button for several seconds. This battery has restored it to normal operation, it's the same size and capacity as the original and was an easy swap, you just need a T6 Torx driver, a small Philips driver and a spudging tool and it's about ten minutes work.
The TomTom now wakes as soon as it is connected to USB and only powers down when external power is removed. I haven't used the Satnav without the USB power connected yet so I don't know how long it lasts but the original was only good for shorter journeys so I'm not expecting miracles.
The battery was delivered next day in a reusable blister pack inside a Jiffy bag, the only obvious difference from the original is that the original had a hard plastic case where the replacement is more like a typical Li-Poly package with a plastic sleeve. It has self-adhesive tape on one side to secure it in the Satnav case and the connecting cable is the correct length.
