Dept 56 Teaman & Crupp China Shop
I Have this that I bought new in 2000 and my china sign never fit correctly. This was a used product but it was identical to my original one and the sign fit perfectly.

Comparison to my original one
I have this and bought it new a few years ago. My light stopped working (not the battery but the wiring) so that's why I ordered this one. The garland around the lamp pole is different and the light of the chestnuts is a little different and not as bright as my original one, but I am glad I was able to replace mine with pretty much the same one, so yes I would recommend it.
