J’attendais avec impatience de recevoir mon émeraude. Malheureusement, après avoir été déposé dans ma boîte à lettres, le colis a été volé. Plusieurs livreurs ont en effet accès aux boîtes à lettres de mon immeuble et l’un d’eux s’est emparé de mon colis. C’est une déception pour moi. Le vendeur n’y est pour rien. C’est pourquoi je laisse une évaluation positive. Cependant, je reste persuadée que si le colis avait été remis avec signature, j’aurais bien reçu ma commande ; le vol aurait été évité

I was sold "natural" emeralds in matrix but turned out to be just some low quality emerald chips glued to a piece of asphalt, lol. The seller also lied about other details of the item, such as claiming the item was certified and "loope clean". Seller did give me a 50% refund, but they are dishonest in selling something like that in the first place.
