Good all-around lens
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the type of lens I've been looking for. I needed something I could use for things that were close to me but also have the ability to zoom in on things. This lens met all of my expectations for that, and it was less expensive than other lenses I've looked at. The only thing about this lens is that it doesn't perform the best in low-light and yes, it does slide out when it's facing downward. It's not too much of an issue and depending on the pace I'm walking with it either hanging off my shoulder or around my neck, I'll just hold onto it. But even with it sliding all the way out, it's secure and completely fine. I love the lens and it takes beautiful pictures.
I'm using the lens with a Canon Rebel T5.
