Works good
There was no problem with installation except it needed washers on the nuts which were not included, (mounting holes are large and nuts would pull through without washers) It operates as well as stock, though I suspect for the price it won't be as durable. Thats ok with me, this is an older vehicle so its days on the road are numbered.

Dell Axim X50v review
It has a nice screen with high resolution and is easy to read. It's Windows Mobile has has a lot of available software. It comes with Pocket PC 2003 2nd edition but can be upgrades all the way up to Windows Mobile 5 or 6, the latest versions. We're using it as a e-book reader with Gowerpoint uBook which works great. It supports WPA-PSK with TKIP encryption. Great product, highly recommend.

Good construction, holds tight
This did what I wanted it to do, hold a flashlight and a connection point for a bipod if I wanted. It was easy to install and held on very securely. The only negative is that the so called QD connection points don't hold to a QD connector. They seem to be just straight holes drilled through. This didn't surprise me, QD mounts drilled through a picatinny rail seems like a bad idea anyway. I planned for this and bought a QD picatinny adapter at the same time for only a few dollars which is much more secure.
