  Disappointed with the dispatch time taken in order to receive my purchase, which i made very promptly after bidding had ended. I made purchase of this item on the 4th October, expected delivery was for 8th-12th October. I took delivery of my purchase on the 14th October. Too late for me to give to my friend on her Birthday. I am pleased with my purchase,which arrived safely due to it being very well packaged.-Just a great shame it took so long to receive it.

  I’m really sorry you were disappointed the 99p item you purchased was a bargain and I gave you a delivery time that I could manage because I work shifts at a hospital and can only post on certain days.i didn’t know it was for a gift for someone I’m not a mind reader,maybe if it’s urgent you should purchase something on buy it now rather than relying on a 7 day auction
