  I made an offer and sent a message to only accept my offer if ink carts were included with the New Other printer. They accepted my offer and when I received it, ink carts were missing. They gave me a partial refund quickly. Bad thing is, with the new HP printers, the original ink carts are special ones that are used to initialize the printer. After I discovered this and realized the printer is totally useless without the original "Setup Cartridges" I messaged the seller. No response. I gave up.
