Optifast in problable the best program for losing weight.
1 of 1 found this helpful Eating Optifast meals every 2 hours, 17 oz of water with each meal, along with 12-hour daily fasting is possible the best way to lose weight. (that is 160 calories/serving, 5 times a day. 800 calories per day). The Optifast servings are great. I am never hungry and the meals are satisfying when taken consistently, I am now 3 weeks into my plan and lost between 9-16 lbs. My target is to lose 65 lbs.
