  Paid instantly at auction end, seller marked it as shipped untracked several days later. After waiting a week and nothing had arrived, I politely requested a refund and was rudely given a tracking number for a parcel that was in Glasgow sorting office and told to ring them myself. I live in Staffordshire, so questioned if it was my parcel. He did eventually refund me for this, but this was the second of two separate cameras from this seller in a week that never arrived and had to be refunded.
