Compelling Read
This is a book about a very unique bond between man and his dog. Being thrown in at the deep end in the Sangin province of Afghanistan to search out explosives in extreme conditions. The relentless searches to protect armed forces and the Afghan civilians from being maimed or worse. The camaraderie of the troops from the highs to the lows. A very well written emotional and sobering read. If you like reading true stories about man and his best friend, then this is a must.

Where ever I go my kindle goes
I already own a Kindle keyboard with an original leather cover with in built light. I bought this kindle for my husband as I don't like the new cheaper kindles & the inferior covers with a light.My husband wasn't a big reader but since he's got his kindle he takes it everywhere & is reading all sorts of different types of books. Ideal for taking on holidays, storage for up to 3500 books. The battery only needs to be charged every 4-6 weeks depending on how much the light is used.

Great bridge camera
I already have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX400V and love it. My husband has a Nikon DSLR and even with a bigger lens cannot touch the magnification of the Sony. Also the Sony has a great image stabilizer. A great all round camera for the complete amateur like myself who likes to take great wildlife photos to pictures of the moon with amazing clarity. If you want to be more adventurous then you can use the manual settings.
