  Thank you, great transaction and delivered very quickly and safely. Postage a little high at £6.49 (actual cost £4.68) but couldn’t have wished for a faster service. The Halo is a respectable trustworthy pet scanner, the purpose made box keeps everything neat and tidy. I highly recommend this seller. Communication was excellent and service outstanding.

  I'm sorry you've had a problem with this. We are a small family business and we send loads of these out and never once been asked for extra postage. I notice you have asked for a full refund which is quite sad as it wasn't our fault and now we end up giving you a free scanner, get a bad review etc etc. Can you please let me see where you have been asked to pay extra postage, we would have gladly paid this rather than lose everything.
