Shinobi recent review (2010 3/6/2010)
Disliked and NOT PROPERLY reviewed back years ago when it came out, due to its difficulty, players where still curious and pushed to understand this big boy platformer. As many have found it, Shinobi may possibly be the best 3D platformer hands down. Many people didn't know how to play this game in the western world, where as in Japan players are used to mechanics heavy games. The mechanics in Shinobi are by far some of the best I have ever dealt with in a 3D game. He moves and controls like any Ideal character of his type should. The "Tate" system is by far one of the most innovative game-play rules i have ever seen implemented in a 3D platfaormer such as this. once You can master Shinobi's moves and "TATE" the game begins to shine and surpass many of the current day platformers when it comes to nice tight control and benchmarking hardcore 3d platforming game-play. This game is unlike any game I have ever played and the game play holds up to today's standards and anyone who knows this game well will tell you its one of the most underrated games of all time. So for what it goes for now, you definitely get your bucks worth. The killer soundtrack is a bonus. Fun Factor-10/10(for the hardcore) Graphics-8/10(PS2 era, great character and overall design) Sound-10/10(awesome sound track worth listening on its own)

Heavenly Guardian PS2
Heavenly guardian isn't really for the hardcore, and isn't exactly shovel-ware. It has decent 2D game-play that dose prove its challenges. If you are a fan of sprite based games, this game is 10$ buy. If you are a fan of Pocky & Rocky on the SNES then you should know this is the latest in the Pocky & Rocky series, but due to legalities and other complications, the characters where changed. the quality is intact, good old sprite work and cool retro music. Graphics- 6/10 Music-6/10 Fun factor-5/10

Why this caters to the hardcore, Bangai-o spirits
Hands down this is for the hardcore gamer. With great mechanics and awesome shooter/puzzle blended stages, makes for some really diverse and exciting gameplay. You can create YOUR VERY OWN LEVELS! and share them with your friends via, a revolutionary sound transfer method. After you have created your level, the game creates a sound through the speaker and the receiving DS recreates the stage you have created on your DS, on to your pals receiving DS. If you doubt how good this game is, you should consider that most of Treasures manufactured games retain there value and several can fetch up to 150$-300$ here on Ebay. Bottom line, SOLID gameplay and gameplay mechanics, toss in your own spin on things by creating and sharing your levels, makes this easily one of the best DS games hands down.
