I should have bought new
This does not work like my original Plantronics V5200
No longer can I hit the button to hear how long my earpiece is charged for. I have to shut it off and on to hear that.
The voice command of "Answer" or "Ignore" on incoming calls does not do anything most of the time
For what I paid for these 2 "refurbished" I could have bought 1 brand new one that works right. Disappointed.

Better than other brands
I still have sneezing and some coughing from allergies however as compared to other brand products these seem to work best for over the counter
