Unfortunately let down by packaging, wrapping a ceramic mug in kitchen towel and posting it in a flimsy plastic envelope not the wisest idea. Count myself fortunate it arrived with only the handle broken off. May be a cardboard box and marked as fragile would give it half a chance to arrive intact.
