Nice trumpets!
Good quality and stylish. And yes, very loud! Not as loud as a train horn obviously but very loud. Any reviews you read that claim this is not that loud are using too thin a wire.
This thing draws a large amount of current, around 30A so check your fuse is rated at around 40A or 50A and that any relay has contacts capable of handling at least 50A. Use 2.5mm sq. wire (or thicker) to minimise voltage drop and to prevent heat generation in the wire.
Use a proper crimp tool!
It has a bright trumpet sound so sounds more like a British train horn than that of an American truck.
I bought for my yacht but I'm going to buy another for my car :)
