Does the job!
Bought this to exercise my ankle after a sprain. Use it everyday to help healing and balance, this is a useful and helpful piece of equipment and a reasonable price

Order out of chaos, stamps are now sorted
I bought this book because my stamp collection prior to 2000 is in chaos. it has been very good for helping me put things in order, the pictures of the stamps are very helpful. I am also able to get a rough idea of how much a particular stamp is worth. I do find it a little difficult to sort out the definatives though, it takes a little getting used to.
