Great item but this one is defective
I use Plantronics bluetooth everyday at work. It's the best but unfortunately this one was a refurbished unit and would not charge after a couple of days of using and charging. Tried different chargers too. Nothing. Normally it will say talk time 6 hours but this one would not. I'll get another one. Probably a new one next time.
