Not the Seller's fault at all... the product was absolutely Clean and in excellent quality, the Seller was on point with shipment and packaging. The issue is Windows 24H2 version update... makes WinMVR only VR Headsets into Bricks. Unusable. This product only works within Linux as there are active drivers under that OS that still makes use of these wonderful Samsung/HP Headsets. Don't buy used VR headsets... stick to META based items for the time being, until Windows is able to develop a working Driver, without the need of Palmer Lucky....
