Very comfortable, great lumbar support
pros: excellent lumbar support (which I need because of chronic back pain), very comfortable and very adjustable - solidly built (you can tell the difference from a standard inexpensive office chair). Cons: very expensive if purchased at full retail price ( I purchased mine as open-box). Sometimes, you can feel a slight bump when leaning back all the way but not really noticeable when you are doing office work.
