Motorola e4 needs this case for protection
Obviously, this is very expensive, but ... if the phone sustains damage, it becomes useless. Consider it a protection of your investment. It won't protect, however, the glass surface / LCD which is the most fragile aspect of the phone.
I've seen people who dropped their Motorola's by accident from high up on a scaffold, and ... the entire screen becomes unusable, needing to shop the phone for repair and service, to bring it back to normal, probably excluded from warranty due to clauses of accidental damage and liquid spillage.
Therefore, this is a basic protection, for the back and sides of it, and small drops to the ground - essential.

Very Good AM and FM radio! Easy to use
1 of 1 found this helpful The only improvement, would be for the radio to show the call letters of the FM stations, and have recording capability, although it can play mp3 on SD cards inserted in the back of it already. Great stereo..excellent reception from far distances. Digital tuning. Auto tuning for all stations in one-shot, like a cable TV digital recorder. Has audio input, for listening to a mini mp3 player, I guess. I have't tried the shortwave yet. Big advantage; it takes AA batteries, vs. Nokia batteries that don't last. At least this way, it's easy to use 24/7 to use rechargeable AA's and either charge them inside this radio, or outside of the radio on an independent AA charger, over night. A keeper.
