Great for introduce at the field of scientific basic psychology
This is a nice start in the field.
The subjects could be hard to understand, but the readers makes a little easy.
As any book you will need take time and check references for a better understand.
I take this book with the Michael Domjan text for better undestanding.

For the budget gamer
Great card for the budget. Similar to geforce 9500 or 8600 but with new technology that allow you to use HDMI and lower power consumtion

Need it for best performance
1 of 1 found this helpful When I train I drink this and feel good. Feel extra energy and don't feel down in workout.
I used to take no explode, then this, after cellmass and syntha at the end.
At moment just use aminox and whey, for me is the best cheap combination
Change regular coffee and oatmilk with nuts and fruit for pre-work.
I try other bcaa brands but none like aminox
