The setup was straightforward and easy but it then wanted to do a system update. For some reason it disconnected mid way through and so the update failed, which meant the device would not connect to WiFi nor would it let you reinitiate setup either. Fortunately Pure's customer services explained a way of doing the update manually via a USB stick which worked. Aside from the initial issues, the device works fine and does what it says on the tin. Range is the same as my WiFi around the house. If it wasn't for the initial issues, I'd give this 5 stars

Steer clear

Worst mobile power pack I have ever come across. Bought this for a festival. If you're lucky and able to get the thing charging, the power pack never held full charge despite being left to charge for 24hrs. It then ran out of battery after charging a single mobile phone once. I have an old power pack bought 4 years ago with 8600 mah and that can charge my phone over 4 times. This claims to be 50,000???? Don't waste your time or money.
