Fixtures are of terrible quality, but required for the plate to sit parallel to the wall.
Fixtures are of such poor quality that you end up having to make do with a sign that doesn't sit parallel to the wall. The male fixtures that are glued to the sign are glued on with poor quality glue such that they won't last after the first time you push the sign onto the female fixture. The female fixture that is screwed into the Rawlplugs is poorly designed; even with a low torque the screw bites all the way through the fixture as the lip on the fixture is not large enough.
