Easy to assemble.
So it's a pair of wheels on an expandable dolly - low tech solution but works ok. Biggest problem is the way to strap it to kayak. The dolly doesn't lock open so if you have to lift boat over kerbs, it hangs, folds flat and has to be re-positioned which is a pain. It doesn't take kindly to being strapped with supplied belt.

Works but not the best quality.
While it might be made of aluminium, it’s thin and quite flimsy - not thick enough to take a countersink, but it wasn’t expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.
